Rena from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. I just started watching this show again and I thought it would be fun to redraw an old picture.

I used to wear a skirt that fluttered up that high all the time like that. Then I realized that it was fluttering up that high whenever the wind blew, and I changed one that was about 2 inches longer.
